- Arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment: you will be required to fill the intake and consent forms.
- Please note that appointment reminders are not guaranteed.
- Payment is due at the time of the appointment, except for specified situations.
- Bundle deals require full upfront payment, and all sessions must be used within one year.
- Deposits might be required for workshops or group meditations and are non-refundable if you miss the event.

- Currently, sessions are available on weekday evenings and weekends.

FEES
The services provided by Tree of Life Energy Healing - Stefano Pultrone Energy Healing Practitioner are complementary therapies and they are not covered by the HSE or other private medical insurance.
- Prices are listed on the website (www.treeoflifeenergyhealing/pricelist) and are per session.
- There is no VAT applied
- Fees cover the service itself, not guaranteed results.
- There are many factors that influence an individual’s experience, including personal beliefs, sensitivity to energy, openness to new concepts and the ability to practice relaxation. We cannot guarantee how the body starts healing itself and we cannot offer refunds if the outcome achieved fails to meet your expectations.
- Prices may change without notice, but you'll be notified if it affects your current treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS
In respect of the practitioner’s commitments and the other clients, a client who arrives late accepts that his/her session may be shortened according with the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The full cost for the treatment will still be payable by the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND APPOINTMENTS CHANGES
- Individual sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows are charged the full fee.
- Cancellation fees are added to the cost of your next session or sent to you by email.
- Emergencies will be considered, but use common courtesy.
- Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

We are very serious with our health and well-being and we do our best to provide the best service possible helping people. For this reason, if you decide to start your journey, and multiple sessions are necessary to address your problems, we need your cooperation otherwise there can be no improvement.

VOUCHERS
- Vouchers can be purchased online without creating an account (www.treeoflifeenergyhealing.com/vouchers).
- Payment is secure through SumUp (you won't enter card details on the website and we don’t store payments details).
- Vouchers are emailed as printable PDFs filled with all the information provided by you.
- Mention the voucher when booking an appointment.

VOUCHERS TERMS:
- Valid for 1 (one) year from issuance for 1 person only (recipient’s name).
- Post the expiration date, redemption will not be possible.

- Non-refundable, exchangeable, returned or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
- Non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient indicated on the voucher itself.

- Lost or stolen Gift Voucher cannot be replaced.

Newsletters
Newsletters’ subscription is managed with a specific software that collects the information (First Name, Surname, Email address) thought the newsletter subscription form and is used to send the newsletters automatically to whom required the subscription. All the information are stored in the e3 Delivery Service Server used by the software, a database to send the marketing communication. When an unsubscription occurred, the information stored are automatically remove form our system and from the server.

We may also disclose your personal information for the following:
(1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process;
(2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; or
