This serie is focused on the Energy System, how it works and the single elements of which it is composed of. The introduction is followed by the analysis of each single chakra (location, chakra activation, body parts managed, related diseases, etc.) with a specific meditation to balance and clean it. Each workshop is made up of a pre-recorded video (to be watched in your free time prior the meditation) and a guided meditation (in person).

GUIDED MEDITATIONS

These guided meditations are centred on the release of the stress accumulated over time or a daily basis. Through the meditation you can relax your body and your mind and eliminate the "physical and mental tensions”. The specific meditations for anxiety reduction are also intended to work to calm the mind and try to see every situation differently. Even though there are different types of anxiety (for different situations and due to different causes), this may be a very beneficial practice.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ENERGY HEALING
WORKSHOP AND GROUNDING GUIDED MEDITATION
4th and 11th @18:00pm
Being aware of who we are and what we are made of is the beginning of an amazing "new adventure”. The Energy work, through Energy Healing Techniques, helps you to remember (yes, to remember, because deeply inside you, there is the knowledge that you need to live your life happily as you really deserve). If you are interested on how the Energy Healing can help, you are very welcome to attend this event. In addition to all of this, we are going to do a Grounding Meditation because we live on this planet, Mother Earth, and we deserve to live here having an happy life. It helps to reconnect ourselves with our physical self, centering our soul in our body, shake off negative thoughts and comments and living in the present and in the here-and-now.
