Meditation is an ancient practice that has become increasingly popular due to its numerous benefits for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
From a physical standpoint, a person meditating may appear to be doing nothing. However, internally, a sense of calm, peace, and tension release is taking place, with positive consequences for the individual.

Some of the benefits of meditation include relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety reduction, improved focus and attention, and the development of acceptance of difficult emotions, among others.
There are various methods of meditation, all of which share a common foundation in breathing. Depending on the type of meditation, there may be mental exercises, physical movements, and visualisations. All types of meditation can be effective, especially when practiced consistently.

Here are some examples of Meditation:

Visualisation:
This technique involves focusing on feelings of peace, calmness, and relaxation by visualizing images and scenes. It is also used for aura cleansing, chakra work, and for focus and motivation by visualizing oneself achieving goals in life.
Movement:
This type of meditation is effective for individuals seeking to connect with their body and increase body awareness. It involves gentle movements to connect with the present moment and one's body. This type of meditation may include activities such as walking or gardening, or any type of gentle, repeated movement.
Focused:
This method involves concentration using the five senses. It may involve focusing on one's breath or something external, such as a sound or object. It is useful for increasing focus and attention.
Spiritual:
This type of meditation is suitable for individuals seeking spiritual growth and connection with a spiritual force.
Kindness and Compassion:
This technique helps to enhance feelings of kindness, compassion, and acceptance towards oneself and others. With this type of meditation, one opens oneself to receive love from others and sends love, kindness, and compassion to others (or a specific person), including all living beings.
Mantra:
This type of meditation uses a repetitive sound to clear the mind. Often, a mantra (such as "Om") is used. It can be spoken aloud, sung, or repeated in one's mind. The results may vary depending on the type of mantra and sound used, as they have their own vibrations and frequencies.
Body-Centered or Self-Scanning:
This technique involves focusing on the physical sensations arising from one's body. In some cases, it may be possible to understand the cause of the sensation.
Emotion-Centered:
This type of meditation focuses on a specific emotion, with the aim of understanding its cause.

Meditation is a highly beneficial practice, especially when done consistently.
It can release accumulated stress, calm the mind, and provide other important benefits.
The results of meditation may vary depending on the type practiced, but over time, it can help achieve a balance between the body and mind, including energy balance.

I offer two types of meditation sessions: Individual Guided Meditation and Group Guided Meditation. Both are effective, and when needed, I channel and send energy during the session to aid relaxation and enhance the meditation. The only difference between individual and group meditation is the sharing of experiences and feelings with others, which can help to understand different situations and the dynamics of events in our lives.

It is important to note that, even with meditation, energies are moved, and different people may experience different feelings and emotions depending on their personal situation.

Group meditation is typically divided into two parts: the first part involves an explanation of the meditation object or workshop topic from an energy healing perspective, and the second part is the meditation itself.

I usually organize group meditation sessions on topics such as chakra cleansing, aura cleansing, stress relief, anxiety reduction, protection from negative energies, sacred geometry, and more. All of these workshops and meditation sessions are listed on the website's Event page.
